Your Warmflow product installed and running at its best.

Commissioning

Commissioning is the setting up of the product after installation to ensure the safe, correct and efficient operation of your appliance. Failure to commission your Warmflow product will invalidate your warranty.

If you live in Great Britain or the Republic of Ireland, and your product was not commissioned when installed, Warmflow can help you to find a commissioning engineer in your area. Contact the Customer Care Centre.

If you live in Northern Ireland, Warmflow have our own experienced team of OFTEC registered commissioning engineers. You can contact the Customer Care Centre between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am-1pm, Friday, to arrange an engineer call-out

Our engineer will carry out a series of checks to ensure that your product has been installed to specification and help prevent unnecessary maintenance caused by installation problems.

For example, on commissioning a Warmflow boiler our engineers will check for the following:

  • Insulation correctly located
  • Baffles correctly located
  • Burner checks
  • Electrode gap
  • Oil pressure
  • Air setting
  • Boiler fired and brought to temperature, settings checked and adjusted using a combustion analyser
  • Flue seal checked
  • Ventilation checked

To book a commissioning visit, please contact the Customer Care Centre. The engineer will leave a report detailing the above work so that the guarantee can be validated.
