Across the UK and Ireland, we treat our engineers like family, helping, supporting, training, protecting and rewarding them… and generally enjoying their company! Engineers are at the heart of Warmflow, and we work hard to be at the heart of engineers’ businesses too. That’s why we launched our Connect programme which is an online portal which enables our customers to easily register their appliances for additional warranty as well as rewarding them for their purchases. Another area of business which is hugely important to us is employee and customer training and we have invested and continue to devote considerable resource to training early-career and experienced engineers on the Warmflow range, ensuring they’re fully equipped with expertise and confidence in new and existing products. At one of our 8 training schools of excellence across the UK and Ireland, engineers can come and have a practical hands on session with a Warmflow professional trainer to either help with their first installation or improve efficiency of ongoing installations. Up and down the country in our merchant customers, Warmflow’s technical mornings are great refreshers for engineers to see the product first hand and speak to one of the area sales managers about the product, training and promotional support.
