Requirements of the Warmflow Connect Installer Scheme
- Be a competent Installer e.g. registered with OFTEC or similar scheme
- Comply with these terms and conditions, Warmflow Connect code of conduct and rules of the scheme.
- Meet minimum installation standards to comply with warranty requirements.
- Actively promote, recommend and install Warmflow products.
Points
Connect scheme members must register their installed Warmflow Products* in order to redeem points. If products are not registered online via the scheme then members may not claim points for the product. (*qualifying products only).
To be awarded points, members must register qualifying products after installation in line with Warmflow’s terms and conditions found on line or in the product manual. The number of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products registered and Warmflow reserve the right to increase & decrease point amounts at their own discretion.
Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products and Warmflow reserves the right to add to and remove products from the scheme.
Members can earn a maximum of 100,000 points in any one collection period.
All points will expire at after 24 months and thereafter cannot be redeemed.
Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the scheme.
Warmflow is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason or if the product registered does not match installation standards.
Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if Warmflow determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
Points have no cash value and can only be used to redeem the rewards offered on the scheme. Rewards are subject to availability and Warmflow may refund points if the reward selected is not available.
Warmflow is under no obligation to award points for any reason outside of qualifying registrations.
The Scheme
These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Warmflow Connect Installer Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for promotions on the scheme. Members participating in the promotional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions.
The Warmflow Connect Installer account and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Warmflow which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK or Ireland and aged 18 years or over.
Members are only entitled to one Connect account each. Warmflow reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Members must register their personal details and keep Warmflow informed of any changes. Warmflow cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of out of date details. Accounts that have not been used within 2 years may be terminated and points removed indefinitely.
The Connect Installer account is not transferable and can only be used by the member who is named and registered as primary contact for the account.
Any security details relating to the account remain the responsibility of the account holder. Warmflow cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of account log-in details. Warmflow has the right to change account log-in details provided that proof of ownership is confirmed.
Warmflow may decline to issue or terminate Connect accounts, reward orders and points, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions; any behaviour relating to The Warmflow Connect Installer Scheme or Warmflow that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
Connect accounts and/or points cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
Members have the option to opt in to be sent to their registered email address promotional and informational emails from Warmflow’s mailing list. Warmflow has the right to contact the account holder using the information provided to discuss issues or updates regarding the account or reward orders.
Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already issued.
